NaBloPoMo #11: Winter Warmers

November 1996, 18months old. Grandma bought us this new coat; I think I still have it in my box of 'treasured and special clothes which I can't bear to give away'.

We're about a third of the way through NBPM and I'm only up to 18 months. Oh dear!!!

Also, I've had a special request from my Mum, who, even with the help of my detailed instructions in the sidebar, would rather give me her comments over an international phone call than leave them here on the site!! So, the next one I post will be at the same age but with special significance.

Speaking of my Mum (and Dad of course) they will be here in 19 days!!!!!!!! Less than 3 weeks!!!
I'll have to get one of those countdown thingy widgets. Does anyone know where I can get one?

I don't know if it was intentional or not - but the progression of photos shows not just her growing up.....but it shows her beautiful smile starting to develop. From the serious and pensive face of the earliest photos to the slight smirk on the ferry boat photo to a beautiful full on smile in the latest photo.
How wonderful! That smile is priceless!

oops - I meant to sign "Elisa" to that last comment since I am a non-blogger with an anonymous identity!

Oh my, Ba suddenly went and grew up on us! Gone is the baby, now she's all litle girl! And a vibrant, radiant little girl at that. Elisa is right, it is awesome to watch the progression of her smile! I'll look forward to seeing the "special request" photo!

Okay, I don't care if it takes you TWO YEARS to get through Baby Angel's pictures, they must continue. I can just imagine 10 or 12 years from now looking through M's pictures at how much (and how quickly) she's grown. BA is beautiful and was such a beautiful little toddler. Thanks for sharing her with us.
