Best Shot Monday: Why wear an apron?

There was actually one of these handprints on each cheek! :-D Still, at least she's cooking.

Pop over to Mother May I and check out the many Best Shots of the past week.

Too cute! And I've always wanted to wear a cute apron while cooking. Need to get me one.

(And, as always, your comments just crack me up. I do know what you are talking about though regarding the poses. I shoulda been more in it. I had the pictures there to copy, just couldn't break outta my shy zone.)

LOL! That is just precious. I love wearing an apron. It makes me more productive or something. Like I can do anything because I'm protected. And now I can see I'm really not. :-) Great picture.

This is why I don't wear an apron! Ha! I feel as though my clothes are much better to wipe things off.

So funny. I know I have given up the thought of an apron. If I'm not wiping my hands on my pants... then Zoe is!

Hipmomma: Phew, I was taking a risk of offending there...wouldn't want to do that really...you did look sensational though!

Alli: so...productive eh? THAT'S where I've been going wrong. Gotta wear an apron more often!

For some of the work that I do I wear the cliched white lab coat and I have the same pattern of dark (dirty) hand prints in the same place. Cut from the same cloth?

Hee, hee...I need a full body apron when I cook! Still, the idea that aprons symbolize is so wonderful to me. What a fun shot.

Totally unrelated question if I may ask here...

I have so enjoyed your playlist...I clicked on the link to create my own. My question is where do I put the code when I want to add it to my blog? If you do not mind, could you give some advice?
Thanks, Andi

That caption really captures the truth. Although in our house, it is why use a tissue when you have mom's shoulder/sleeve/pants/shirt...sigh.
