HB8 - Evaporative coolers never work. We call them swamp coolers where I grew up. That's because they make your house feel like a swamp - hot and wet. Ours is back on, keep your fingers crossed. But my office - on the 9th floor in the city center - is not particularly cool. The busses were empty today, eerie.
