That would have left me rolling the eyes as opposed to having a chuckle.....well, if the parents recognize it enough to buy a "funny" shirt about it, shame on them for letting it continue. ;) Elisa
That's not the worst. Someone found underwear (little girls sizes) that say "Who needs credit cards?" What message deos that deliver? ugh. I think they're pushing the boundries a bit too far with all the shirts lately.
absolutely not because you know it is true about the kid wearing it! and oh my goodness, you don't want that child as one of your students in a few years!! ;) BAH!
Nope not funny, and the underwear... why would they make something like that for little girls? even worse why would stores carry them? and worst of all why would a parent buy them?
Thanks so much on the red icing tip, my second batch was much less pink!
in the name of all that is holy, please tell me you are joking. that shirt (and hopefully sentiment) will NEVER ever adorn either of my girls. ah man...that stinks.
Probably not so funny because it is too true!

That's where my head is at Elisa!! But come on someone. I am willing to admit I am a humbug if you can justify this attempt at humour.....

ReplyDeleteBAH!
I don't know if it's funny as much as a frightening glimpse at my future...
ReplyDeleteThese shirts are no way funny! I think that if you tell a child what they are enough, that's indeed what you'll have. ICKY!! Let's boycott! :)
ReplyDeleteblueberry: too late, they already are.
ReplyDeletekelly: Yes, let's.
chris: ask Sinead if you can borrow her flaming sword. ;-)

Not funny in the least. But disgustingly, sadly - all too true. Especially for the kid sporting such a shirt. Whatever happened to "NO!"

ReplyDeleteI am with you - I don't think that is funny, nor would I ever want to be seen with a child wearing that!
ReplyDeleteAnd the underwear?! EEEK! That is just WRONG!
Not to me. It is all to often though in this day and time (especially in the good ole USA). We are so spoiled and selfish sometimes.
